Dierks Farms, Business Tech Ninjas and AppointmentCore were recognized and celebrated on stage in front of thousands at Infusionsoft’s annual user conference
(Chandler, Ariz. – May 3, 2017) – Infusionsoft awarded top honors to customers and partners in three separate contests last week at the company’s annual user conference, ICON. Finalists were named by a panel of judges, and attendees of ICON17 voted for this year’s winners. Dierks Farms was selected for the Small Business ICON Award, Business Tech Ninjas for the Partner Showcase Award, and Appointment Core for the Developer Partner Award.
Small Business ICON Winner
Infusionsoft celebrated three customer finalists at ICON who transformed their operations and achieved high levels of business growth. Attendees ultimately selected Dierks Farms as the 2017 Small Business ICON winner. The grass-fed beef cattle operation, which started in 1881, began using Infusionsoft in 2015 to take their business from selling on the traditional cattle market to selling directly to the consumer. Within nine months, the family-owned company added 452 customers, an impressive 1,270 percent increase, and in the process grew revenue 76 percent.
Infusionsoft also launched two contests this year to recognize Infusionsoft partners who are bringing innovative solutions and integrations to its 135,000 small business users.
Partner Showcase Award Winner
Three contest finalists received breakout sessions at ICON to share how they helped their small business customers get organized, save time and grow their sales with Infusionsoft. Conference attendees were most impressed with Business Tech Ninjas, who won the inaugural ICON Partner Showcase Award.
Business Tech Ninjas helped their client, MuTu System, a wellness and fitness business double their revenue, grow their contact list by nearly 550%, and create a seamless process for the customer service team to deliver their offerings more efficiently.
Developer Showcase Award Winner
Infusionsoft partners that bring innovative solutions, integrations and plug-ins into the Infusionsoft ecosystem entered this year’s inaugural Developer Showcase Award competition. ICON attendees again voted for their favorite of the three finalists, selected by a panel of judges leading up to the event. Appointment Core walked away with the winner’s title for their app’s innovative functionality and beautiful design.
Appointment Core eliminates tedious and manual appointment and scheduling tasks for Infusionsoft users by automating the scheduling process with Infusionsoft, Google Calendar, and Outlook. To date, they have scheduled more than one million Infusionsoft appointments.
“These contests give us an opportunity to recognize excellence in our customers and partners,” said Clate Mask, Infusionsoft’s co-founder and CEO. “We’re shining a light on just three companies that are doing incredible things with Infusionsoft, but what inspires me most is knowing thousands of other customers and partners of ours are seeing similar success. This spotlight recognizes not only Dierks Farms, Business Tech Ninjas, and Appointment Core, but also our entire community who are realizing there’s an easier path to small business growth with our sales and marketing automation solutions.”
